Hedgerow Escapes is a family business priding itself in delivering quality accommodation.
We curate holiday rentals that encapsulate the essence of the East Sussex countryside.
Our mission is to offer guests an unforgettable stay so that they will want to return and recommend us to their friends and family.
Our four properties offer quite different vacations but are all located within 20 minutes of each other and enable families and groups to stay together while having some privacy.

Pool House and Heated Pool
Guests staying at The Barn and The Shepherd’s Hut are welcome to enjoy use of the secluded swimming pool and pool house, open from April to September each year. The pool area also features a covered outdoor entertaining space, along with a pizza oven and barbecue area, providing a relaxed setting for outdoor dining and socialising during warmer months.
In addition, guests are free to explore the picturesque three-acre garden, which includes a large pond stocked with carp, rudd, and roach. The grounds offer plenty of space for peaceful walks and time outdoors, with opportunities to feed ducks and the two resident sheep.
By prior arrangement, the pool season may be extended into October and November, with heating available for an additional charge. Please enquire at the time of booking for further details.
THE BARN:
Situated in the grounds of Shoyswell Manor Cottage, this one bedroom self catering, oak framed barn has all the modern amenities needed.
Downstairs is a new fully fitted kitchen/diner while upstairs there is a comfortable lounge with sofa bed a shower room and bedroom with king size bed and fitted wardrobes.
Outside the property has access to a heated swimming pool, pool house as well as a BBQ area and 3 acre garden with stocked pond and fruit trees.
Located between the villages of Etchingham, Ticehurst and Burwash The Barn is perfectly located for those wanting to explore the historic villages of the South Downs and Coast. Or Just relax in one of the many country pubs serving great food, local and national beers and ales and large selections of wine.

LUXURY SHEPHERDS HUT:
Situated in the grounds of Shoyswell Manor Cottage our Shepherds hut includes a kingsize bed, kitchenette / living area and a separate shower room and fully working toilet.
The fully insulated hut and working log fire set the scene for a romantic stay what ever time of the year you are planning a break.
Outside the hut there is a small patio for Hut guest to use along with an additional outdoor open log fire. the property has access to a heated swimming pool, pool house as well as a BBQ area and 3 acre garden with stocked pond and fruit trees.

A delightful 4 bedroom, modern terraced cottage and garden in the beautiful village of Wadhurst.
Upstairs the property consists of a family bathroom with separate shower and four bedrooms being the Master with kingsize bed, a double and two singles, providing sleeping arrangements for 6 people. Downstairs there is a large kitchen/diner, utility room and wc and a comfortable lounge.

Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, in the beautiful spa town Royal Tunbridge Wells, 22 Guildford Road is a newly renovated One bedroom apartment overlooking the historic Grove Park.
